Sadly passed away, at St Rocco's Hospice on 21st September 2024 aged 53 years.
She will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Michael and her son Dominic.
A funeral service will take place at Walton lea Crematorium on Monday 14th October 2024 at 12.40pm.
Donations in Louise's memory can be made via the Tribute Garden on www.helenhornefuneraldirectors.co.uk to St Rocco's Hospice.
Family have requested bright colours to be worn.
